Our love of coffee really shines through in the cup. We are proud to serve Montville Coffee, a fair-trade, organic coffee roasted locally in the Noosa hinterland.
Our house blend is a big, chocolaty dark roast of Arabica beans primarily from Peru, East Timor, Ethiopia and New Guinea. These beans are available for sale and make an excellent gift for the home barista.
Our baristas go through extensive training and use local pasteurised only milk. We stock soy too and a great range of syrups.
